Been a busy week. We competed in the New Jersey State Barbecue Championship last weekend. We love that competition and missed competing last year. Had a good cook and ended up as 6th place overall out of 62 teams!!!

Chicken -17th
Ribs - 12th
Pork - 6th
Brisket - 7th
