5.1% abv Berliner weisse style base. Light, crisp, refreshing. Sweet prickly Pear, deep rich blueberry. Light sourness from a lactobacillus and yeast co-fermentation. 😘👌

‼️New B**r Alert‼️Returning favorite and perfect fall weather b**r:
Rauchbier - 6.2% abv , 22 ibu
A light amber malty German style l***r balanced by beech smoked malt and restrained spice of hops. Hint of honey and reminiscent of a lightly smoked Scotch. Pair with BBQ or sausage.

So many visitors comment on the space that we occupy here at SLBP. And while part of that "feel" is the people and the b**r, much of it is the actual space; the building, and its history, and its redesign as a brewery almost 10 years ago. We have that because of our neighbors at In. Site: Architecture who are celebrating 25 years! Our current gallery wall is a small retrospective of some of their work. Its only here till October 4th, so please be sure to stop in and check it out- and, I mean, you should probably have a b**r too! Cheers! 🍻

Odds & Ends- 7.3% abv
Harmoniously randomly hopped saison! A blend of what's on hand when we just wanted to make a saison- pils, pale malt, rye, ends of Hallertauer Hersbrucker, Sazz and Mosaic hop bags. Dry, lightly tart and spicy, with a mildly funky peppery and floral nose. Open today 12-10pm! Cheers!🍻
