Location: Old Souls Bakery– Perry, NY
Schedule: Part-Time or Full-Time | Morning & Weekend Availability Necessary
Old Souls is growing, and we’re looking for a friendly, reliable person to join our front-of-house team. As a Barista / Front Counter Team Member, you’ll be the first face our customers see — welcoming them with a smile, crafting great drinks, and helping create the warm, community-centered experience Old Souls is known for.
Responsibilities include:
-Preparing and serving coffee, espresso drinks, and teas
-Taking and packing bakery and café orders
-Restocking, cleaning, and keeping the front counter organized and inviting
-Answering customer questions and helping them choose from our daily offerings
-Running register and handling transactions accurately
-Answering phone calls and taking orders accurately
We’re looking for someone who:
-Must be 18+
-Must have reliable transportation
-Is friendly, dependable, and team-oriented
-Can multitask in a fast-paced environment
-Has excellent customer service and communication skills
-Has barista or café experience (preferred but not required — we’re happy to train the right person)
-Is available early mornings and weekends
