Oh my goodness, where do I begin!
We had such a wonderful time at the House Centennial Cranberry Farm❤️
We got to meet members of the House family and we got to hear stories about the farm. everyone was picking berries, and the gift shop ran out of berries❤️ it was a successful year by all accounts for the Cranberry Farm and it’s 150th year!
We even were treated to the resident Bald Eagles head to their Eagles Nest 🦅
The Whitefish chowder made by Jim Collins, was an absolute sensation and it sold out, 10 Gallons was not enough!
We had cranberry banana nut muffins, made with the House cranberries that we picked last year❤️ those sold out as well.
So next year we’re gonna make twice as much, that’s right you heard it…next year the second annual Whitefish Chowder Cranberry Celebration❤️
Thank you to everyone who helped to make this event a success. And to EMS for keeping us all safe on standby.
On a sidenote tomorrow is Mark Houses…. birthday but I’m pretty sure he’s not 150 (although he probably feels it)🤣
If you haven’t had a chance to pick your berries, tomorrow is the last day open 2 to 5, go wish them happy birthday 🎈🎂❤️
Thank you to the house family and all of the Guests who helped us raise $1072 for the 2027 Fireworks Show
