Seito Baldwin Park prides itself in honoring traditional techniques while being inspired by the innovation found in modern cuisine. We provide sustainable cuisine by continuously developing a menu that is in harmony with our environment, ingredients, and guests.

{ RESERVATIONS }
Reservations are accepted every day of the week. To ensure adequate seating for all of our guests: for parties of 6 or

more, all members of the party must be present within 15 minutes of a reservation or arriving at the restaurant, unless there is a change in number. Otherwise, parties will be put on the wait list.

{ HAPPY HOUR }
Select beverages from 5-7pm Tues-Sun. Closed on Monday.

{CHEF'S TASTING }
Indulge in a special dining experience created by our Executive Chef Huy Tin, comprised of at least six courses and an optional Drink Pairing. Requires a 7-day notice for preparation. $95 per guest, $30 for pairing. If interested, contact Steve ([email protected]) for more information.
