Smooth, rich, and ridiculously ocean-fresh. Uni and ikura are two distinct pieces people often hesitate on until they finally bite in and realize what they’ve been missing; one offering a velvety, umami melt and the other an explosive, savory pop. Don’t play it safe 🌊sea what the hype is all about on your next order.

September is coming to a close, and looking back on the past few weeks, we’re feeling pretty damn grateful. We had the absolute honor of serving two amazingly talented guests at our little standing sushi bar: Bobby Hundreds and Tim Chantarangsu.

IYKYK, both of these guys are absolute game changers in the AAPI community:

Bobby Hundreds : Co-founder of the iconic LA streetwear brand The Hundreds and Global Creative Director for Disney Consumer Products.

Tim Chantarangsu : Comedian, rapper, YouTube foodie pioneer with over 4M subscribers, and Wild ‘N Out alum.

We’ve admired and genuinely looked up to these people in their respective fields for years. Having them pull up at our bar was a huge honor and a true moment for the Edoboy team. ✨

3rd Place Best Sushi. 3 Years Running. 🥉🍣

When we opened Edoboy in 2022, we knew an 8-spot, standing-only sushi bar in a parking lot was a crazy idea. Fast forward to today: Orlando Weekly readers voted us # 3 Best Sushi in Orlando!

Seeing Edoboy alongside the top 2 spots Seito (est. 2000) and Kabooki (est. 2013) is surreal. These sushi legends set the standard for fine sushi in Central Florida long before we served our first piece of nigiri. Being named in the same breath as these titans is an absolute honor.

Thank you Orlando for proving that crazy concepts belong here. Thank you for your votes, your appetite, and your constant love. We’re so proud to stand with you. 🥢✨

Seasonal Omakase: Toro & Uni
