Edoboy - standing sushi bar EDOBOY is an 8-person standing sushi bar located in the Mills50 district of Orlando. MICHELIN Guide Selection since 2023. We have a strict cancellation policy.

Guests order 12 pieces max of nigiri and hand rolls a la carte directly with the chefs, who serve the sushi piece by piece. Assorted Japanese beer and sake are available, as well as miso soup made from the fish bones of the day. One hour time slots are required and booked via Resy. New time slots drop every Monday at 12pm for Thursday - Sunday dinner service. No walk-ins. Dress comfortably. Credit card only.

3rd Place Best Sushi. 3 Years Running. 🥉🍣

When we opened Edoboy in 2022, we knew an 8-spot, standing-only sushi bar in a parking lot was a crazy idea. Fast forward to today: Orlando Weekly readers voted us # 3 Best Sushi in Orlando!

Seeing Edoboy alongside the top 2 spots Seito (est. 2000) and Kabooki (est. 2013) is surreal. These sushi legends set the standard for fine sushi in Central Florida long before we served our first piece of nigiri. Being named in the same breath as these titans is an absolute honor.

Thank you Orlando for proving that crazy concepts belong here. Thank you for your votes, your appetite, and your constant love. We’re so proud to stand with you. 🥢✨

📋 Know your order. Check the menu ahead of time, especially if you’re going with a set.

It’s still 13 premium courses for $105, but we've subbed in some incredible new bites to keep your tastebuds on their toes.

Here’s a taste of what’s new:

Salmon Tartare Canape: A crispy croustade with shallot crème fraîche, takuan, and chives.

Miso-Seared Hokkaido Scallop: Elevated with shiro dashi, tapenade, chive oil, a bright splash of key lime, and mustard greens.

Truffled Wagyu: Decadent wagyu featuring truffle crème, pecorino, shiro dashi, and shiso flower.

Baller Tamago: Housemade tamagoyaki, banana, miso caramel, and smoked trout caviar. (not new, but the photo is!)
