We’re featuring the traditional Chile en Nogada, representing each color of the Mexican flag in honor of “El Grito”, the famous speech that started the Mexican revolution and freed Mexico from Spanish rule.

CHILE EN NOGADA | chile pasilla, sweet + savory picadillo, walnut sauce, pomegranate, chicharron-pine nut dust 🌶️
