We had so much fun welcoming San Diego Magazine co-hosts Troy Johnson Troy Johnson and Jackie Bryant (jacqbry), along with Preston Caffrey of Bebemos Tequila , to Toasted Gastrobrunch in Oceanside for a delicious conversation with Chef Alfie Alfred Szeprethy

From our lobster toast and pumpkin pancakes to chilaquiles, smoked turkey Monte Cristo French toast, and short rib Benedict, there was plenty to dig into. Chef Alfie shared the inspiration behind the food while the crew talked brunch history, favorite bites, and what makes this our favorite meal of the day. ✨
