This beautiful state is named for its profusion of coconut trees and limes. Colima is our home state in Mexico, thus the palm tree and mountains in our logo. We find that food we take on differing flavors that vary from region to region. As a result, there is slightly new and intersting accent to each of the dishes you order, even though the names are similar, the taste is unique!
