Please read this!!!!! I gave my Land Lord 60 days notice of my departure from here. I gave him first and last months rent when I moved in here I paid my rent on the first of every month never late. I just paid August rent on August 1, that covered me all the way to the end of August. I told him he’s gonna use September which was my last month’s rent for just that!!!!  he threatened me and told me that the hood and Ansel system stays. It’s part of the building now!!yesterday there was an eviction notice on my door. He’s extremely mad that I took the hood and Ansel system out of here which were mine. They were not permanent fixtures since I went out an existing hole in the building and only required minimal screws and bolts to attach It literally took us three hours to take it out. He’s trying to give me until September 8 on the eviction notice and yes I know there’s many ways around this but what I’m looking for is a little bit of help from the community help painting help drywall patching help me disassemble the rest of this place I’ve been diligently working on this since this last Sunday. I’ve had help in here that have helped me get most of this stuff out of here but now I need some more help. This whole thing is giving me more anxiety than I’ve ever wished upon myself. I put all my faith in God and I know it will work out just fine. I know there’s plenty of legal action I can take against him but as for now I choose to just try to get all my things out so if there’s anybody out there that can help me paint help me move heavy stuff please message me and let me know when you’re available.
