We have a large 2-3 bedroom apartment ready for rent! Newly renovated - new windows, new appliances, new bathroom - 2nd story with off street, lighted parking.

$2,000/month - includes HEAT, water/sewer, trash removal, and snow removal included.

We will be VERY picky in the selection process. Background checks, credit reports, employment verification, etc.

A HUGE thank you to our faithful customers tonight! You guys rock. Thank you for being patient, and supportive and having a good sense of humor.

(Our main oven is waiting for a part, and we've done fine with just our top oven UNTIL halfway through tonight. 🥵😬 For those who have worked restaurant, it was 100% a servers nightmare for a bit there.)
