**Bang Bang Chicken Sliders ππΆοΈ**
*Ingredients:*
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts π
- 1/2 cup buttermilk π₯
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce πΆοΈ
- 1 tbsp sriracha (optional for extra heat)
- Slider buns (6-8) π
- Lettuce and pickles (optional) π₯¬π₯
- Oil for frying
*Instructions:*
1. **Marinate the chicken**: Slice the chicken breasts into smaller slider-sized pieces. In a bowl, combine the chicken with buttermilk, salt, and pepper. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
2. **Prepare the coating**: In a separate bowl, mix the flour, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
3. **Coat the chicken**: Remove the chicken from the buttermilk and dredge it in the flour mixture, making sure it's well coated.
4. **Fry the chicken**: Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Fry the chicken pieces until golden and crispy, about 4-5 minutes per side. Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.
5. **Make the bang bang sauce**: In a small bowl, mix together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and sriracha (if using).
6. **Assemble the sliders**: Toast the slider buns lightly. Spread bang bang sauce on each bun, add the crispy chicken, and top with lettuce and pickles if desired.
7. **Serve and enjoy**: Serve these zesty, crispy sliders with extra bang bang sauce on the side for dipping! ππ₯
