What an incredible weekend at The Hacienda! 🌊🦪

We were honored to host Florida’s Sports Coast for a tourism familiarization tour, welcoming a talented group of travel journalists and content creators to experience everything our destination has to offer.

After a weekend exploring New Port Richey, their adventure concluded with an unforgettable scalloping excursion, followed by a beautiful waterfront-inspired dinner here at The Hacienda. The evening also brought together community leaders and tourism partners, celebrating the people and organizations that continue to showcase the best of Florida’s Sports Coast.

A special thank you to Chef Jon, who created an exceptional scallop-inspired menu that was as gorgeous as it was delicious and to Chef Nicolle for executing it at the event beautifully. From the thoughtfully designed coastal tablescape and live steel drum music to every carefully plated course, the evening perfectly captured the spirit of our waterfront community.

We’re proud to play a role in introducing visitors, storytellers, and travel media to our historic hotel and vibrant downtown. Here’s to the stories they’ll share and the travelers they’ll inspire to discover New Port Richey.

💃 What a spectacular week at The Hacienda!

We were honored to partner with Arthur Murray Dance Centers and Richey Suncoast Theatre to host this year’s Glass Slipper Gala, celebrating 100 years of Arthur Murray with The Stars of the Century, a dazzling production that danced through the decades from the 1920s to today.

A special congratulations to our own Hotel Manager, Rafe, who represented the 1970s era and proudly earned his first-ever Club Disco medal after eight years of dancing with Arthur Murray! 🪩 And the fun didn’t stop there. During the reception, our server Bri was invited onto the dance floor, delighting guests with an impromptu dance of her own!

Thank you to everyone who made this unforgettable evening such a beautiful celebration of dance, history, and community. We loved being part of it!

🐾 A Purr-fect Update from The Hacienda! 🩷

Our little hotel family is doing wonderfully!

We’re happy to share that Momma Stubz has officially been spayed and is recovering beautifully. Even better, her adorable kittens are thriving, growing by the day, and keeping everyone entertained with their endless curiosity and playful personalities.

While they’re no longer calling The Hacienda home, they’re still receiving plenty of love under the care of our hotel managers, Rafe and Danny, who opened both their hearts and their home to this sweet little family. We couldn’t be more grateful for the compassion they’ve shown every step of the way.

Thank you to everyone who followed their story, cheered them on, and sent kind words along the way. It’s been incredible to see how much love this little feline family has received.

We’ll be sure to keep sharing updates as these tiny VIPs continue to grow. Until then, enjoy a few of the latest photos of our favorite little hotel alumni! 🐈‍⬛💕
