The beef:
Flame-grilled beef, phở seasoning & brushed w hoisin/lemongrass glaze

The toppings etc:
Cheddar

Jalapeño/basil mayo

Vietnamese “pickles” carrot, daikon, nuoc cham and sweet pickles

Shredded iceberg

Fried shallots.

Charpier bun.
