My heart is so full. ❤️ Yesterday’s Grand Opening was more than a celebration—it was a reminder of how much love, support, and community it took to bring ZINI to life.

To our family, friends, team, and everyone who has supported this journey—THANK YOU. Seeing ZINI filled with so much love meant more to me than I can put into words.

And now… we are officially OPEN! 🎉

You’ve Been Asking… What’s on the Grand Opening Menu? Here It Is!

Throughout our soft launch, we took you on a journey through our different collections and for our Grand Opening, we’re bringing back some of your favorites! Our limited menu celebrates the flavors, stories, and cultures of Asia through ZINI style small plates made for sharing and exploring.

🇹🇭 Thailand — Grilled Head-On Shrimp
Served over a rich, creamy cashew red curry sauce.

Tender beef tenderloin featuring the bold, aromatic flavors of Cambodia’s famous Kampot peppercorn.

Two Filipino-inspired bites bringing together the tangy, savory flavors of adobo and the crispy goodness of traditional lumpia.

Along with Bulgogi Beef Bao, Walnut Shrimp, and our Crab Rangoon Nachos from the Taste of Muskegon.

🇱🇦 And From My Native Country of Laos…

We’re kicking off our new ZINI Soup Series with Khao P**n, a traditional Lao comfort dish featuring rice vermicelli noodles in a fragrant, creamy coconut red curry broth layered with herbs, aromatics, and Southeast Asian flavors. It’s warm, complex, comforting, and a dish that brings a little piece of Laos to the ZINI table.

Before Grand Opening, we’ll be in the ZINI Test Kitchen, training our newer sous chefs and perfecting each dish so our team is ready to serve our community. We’ll be sharing some behind the scenes photos over the next few days, so stay tuned!

What an incredible journey this has been! ❤️

Over the past few weeks, one of our favorite parts of this experience has been meeting YOU. We’ve welcomed guests from Grand Rapids, Holland, Spring Lake, Whitehall and of course ...our amazing Muskegon community.

We’ve had so much fun entertaining you through food, cocktails, culture, and the stories behind every dish!

Every dinner has helped us train our team, test new recipes, perfect our presentation, listen to your feedback, and learn what you want to see on the final ZINI menu.

Thank you for being part of the process and growing with us. ❤️ We’re getting closer to finalizing our menu and opening our doors for everyone!
