This week's lunch/dinner specials. December 30th through January 3rd
Monday - ham-n-beans, fried potatoes, cornbread and spinach or slaw OR 2 sloppy joe sandwiches with fries and slaw
Tuesday - country fried steak, mashed potatoes-n-gravy & corn OR bacon-n-cheese meatloaf with garlic mashed potatoes and cali blend vegetables. Specials will end at 4 so we can get the New Year's Eve specials ready
Wednesday - 2 double cheeseburgers with fries $8.50. OR mexican plate (includes beef-n-cheese enchilada, cheese enchilada, refried beans, mexi rice, soft taco, sour cream and salsa. We do not serve breakfast after 11am on Wednesdays.
Thursday - bbq ribs with fries and cottage cheese OR toasted sub sandwich with onion chips
Friday - CHOOSE fish, shrimp or clams with mac-n-cheese and slaw OR baked steak with mashed potatoes-n-gravy and mixed vegetables. TILL 4pm ONLY on Fridays.
All specials, except double cheeseburgers are $8.00.
Monday night wings - $1.25 jumbo, bone-in or boneless wings. In house 4:30pm to 9:30pm. $1.50 each for carry out

We would like to hire someone to work in the kitchen that could come in in the mornings and get the lunch specials ready. Most of our specials are homemade. That person would stay and work through lunch and be able to leave when lunch service is over. This would be Monday through Friday probably 8am to 1or 1:30.
We also would like to hire someone who can work at least 5 of 6 days from 4 to close some days, and 4 to 6:30 or 7 the other days. This person would need to be able to work mostly hot side, but also cold side when needed. We are willing to train someone, if they are seriously willing to learn and work. Must be able to be on time. Wages would depend on job performance. That means it may not be a lot to start with, but as soon as you prove you can do the job, you will get paid what you're worth
