SAVE THE DATE! 1:00 pm - ?, Sunday, May 31st. Duane has chosen to have his 82nd Birthday celebration at Lil’ Deuce Scoop. He would love for people to stop by and say “hello”, but please NO GIFTS! Today is his official birthday.

Little story about Duane: One day Duane came into Lil’ Deuce Scoop and told the scooper behind the counter, “YOU PICK my flavor… single scoop in a dish!”. After a couple of visits, he said it would be nice if we started a list of what flavors he’d already had. That way he said, “I can try a new flavor each visit”. Started the list in August 2025, and he’s at 70+ NEW FLAVORS tried (pic of list in the comments)! Duane always has a smile on his face (except for this pic) and makes friends so easily. If you haven’t tried his salsa, you’re missing out!

Customers like Duane are what make Lil’ Deuce Scoop such a great place to work and hang out. EVERY day I’m grateful for “the career that found me”!
