If you haven’t started putting up some of this amazing fresh local sweet corn yet… you’re missing out! 😉 A little at a time makes it such an easy job, and you’ll be so glad you did when you’re enjoying the taste of summer this winter. There is truly nothing like home-preserved local corn! 🌽✨

Need a few tips on freezing or preserving corn—or any other fruit or veggie? Just ask! We’re always happy to help. ❤️

Next up… canning green beans and potatoes! 🫛🥔 If you’ve always wanted to learn how to can but haven’t taken the leap yet, this is your sign! It is so much fun, incredibly rewarding, and a wonderful way to fill your pantry with food you know and trust.

There is something special about opening a jar in the middle of winter that you preserved yourself from fresh local produce. 🫙❤️ It’s delicious, satisfying, and a great way to enjoy the harvest long after the growing season ends.

❤️Happy Sunday folks!❤️ Be sure to make us one of your stops today! We have wonderful local goods in the market for you, pet milk per request, and we are hosting the UP DOG cart from 1-4 today. Run on in for one of their new Cowabunga dogs for lunch and a sweet treat.

Also, a big thank you to our wonderful customers that helped us through the downpour and flood yesterday. We keep it exciting, right??!! Haha! Can’t thank you enough for your help.
