Lucky for you, ours is already on.

Tonight we're serving up our new Tomato Pie with local heirloom tomatoes and an American Wagyu Steak Frites that we're pretty proud of.

Come hide from the heat in the AC, sip something cold, and let us make dinner.

We’re still in the glow of opening weekend, and we’re learning the rhythm of each day right alongside the community.

Mondays are a little quieter, which makes them a lovely time to stop by, meet the team, and get a feel for the space.

Today’s menu is intentionally limited as we ease into the week: thoughtful, seasonal, and made with care.

We’re grateful to be part of a town that supports local places all week long.

From slow mornings on the patio to lingering conversations over coffee, cocktails, and thoughtfully prepared dishes, brunch at The Hedge is designed for gathering in good company.

Join us 10am–3pm for full brunch service, then stay awhile — we remain open 3–5pm with a limited menu as the kitchen transitions into the evening experience. We'll serve dinner 5-9pm.

Whether you’re easing into the weekend or meeting friends around the table, we’re ready to welcome you.
