Maybe even more exciting is our Pitmaster Marcus from the The Honey Hog Restaurant will be on the grill. Should be fun. I think he’s still got it.

The Bones Burger. The first burger I made. Served with bacon, jalapeños, pepper jack, onion rings, & bbq sauce on our brioche bun.

Our Burgers are sourced from local Farmers like Mills Family Farm every single last one of them. We have never bought the commercial mystery grind off the food truck. Our Farmer delivers to Mays Meats, they process that one beef and deliver it every single week. No feedlot, no pack house, no grind that contains beef from who knows where all lumped together. The end result, a true burger. True to its Community. That’s not asking to much. There are a lot of places out there making a half hearted “Farm to table” claim and it’s just not true. Notice they never talk about their beef Farmers. Maybe a picture of a cow or two. That’s not what you’re eating. At the BJB you have a guarantee. Our Burgers are always local, all the time. What’s your favorite burger you have had here ?
