Fuego food truck soft opening Saturday 12-10pm. Not your typical American BBQ. Our Guatemalan-style barbecue features charcoal-grilled chicken, ribs, and puyaso—a tender, flavorful cut of beef—marinated with traditional Guatemalan seasonings chimichurri, our own hot sauce and more. Think of it as Guatemalan backyard barbecue. Instead of heavy, sweet barbecue sauce, the meats are marinated with fresh garlic, citrus, herbs, and spices, then grilled over charcoal until they’re smoky and juicy. It’s simple, flavorful, and lets the quality of the meat shine. We would love to see you there.
