Eight years of gratitude, growth, and gathering around the table.
Today we celebrated a special milestone for our restaurant — 8 incredible years of sharing food, memories, and community — and we were also honored to mark the birthday of our owner, the heart behind it all.
In true tradition, we welcomed monks to join us in a meaningful blessing ceremony. Their presence brought a sense of peace, reflection, and gratitude for the journey so far and the path ahead. It was a moment to pause and appreciate not only how far we’ve come, but also everyone who has been part of this story — our guests, our team, and our wider community.
What started as a simple dream has grown into something far greater than we ever imagined. Every dish served, every conversation shared, every familiar face that returns — it all adds up to something deeply meaningful.
As we step into another year, we do so with full hearts and renewed purpose: to keep honoring tradition, to keep serving with care, and to keep building a place where people feel at home.
