Our custom-blended, locally roasted coffee was created in collaboration with our dear friends at Seventh Square Coffee in West Monroe. A blend made exclusively for Apero, right here in Northeast Louisiana, developed to complement our menu and reflect how we love to enjoy our coffee and espresso.

These beans are used throughout Apero—in our house-made tiramisu, our espresso martini, and our onsite espresso and coffee service.
