Down at The Red Pony Chelsea will be behind the bar slinging cold ones—and maybe a little ice if you’ve earned it. Meanwhile, Brian will be out back babysitting the smoker and sweating it out in the kitchen so you don’t have to. He’s serving up bacon-wrapped boneless pork chops with crispy waffle fries and smoked baked beans that’ll have you loosening your belt before you’re halfway done.

So round up your crew, come hungry, and we’ll take care of the rest. Just don’t blame us if you need a nap afterward!

A huge thank you to everyone who came out each week, bought tickets, and supported the Monroe Fire Department. Your support helps make a real difference in our community, and we couldn’t do it without all of you.

The funds from the drawing will be used to help purchase new equipment and update trucks to help support the community!

Well folks, we’ve got a busy weekend lined up at The Red Pony!

After a little arm-twisting (and maybe a little bribing), I talked Jeremy and Maria out of retirement for the weekend to help keep the drinks flowing. Greg will also be jumping behind the bar on Saturday, so stop in and give the crew a hard time—they can take it!

Chase the Queen tickets will be available anytime the bar is open, and you do NOT need to be present to win!

🎟 Ticket sales end: 6:55 PM so we have time to get everything counted and in the drawing.

We’re also keeping the deal going—buy $40 worth of Chase the Queen tickets and your drink of choice is on us!

The Monroe Fire Department sincerely appreciates everyone’s support. Every ticket sold helps raise money to upgrade trucks and equipment, allowing our volunteers to respond faster and more safely when our community needs us most.

That’s right! Brian’s been tending the smoker, and we’re serving up slow-smoked brisket all weekend long!

🔥 Brisket Sandwich with your choice of fries or tots, plus a side of homemade coleslaw for just $15.

🥶 And with the weather heating up, we’ve got the perfect way to cool down. The slushy machine will be running all weekend, pouring up Frozen Strawberry Margaritas for only $7.

As for the entertainment… well, the weather might be hot, but the harassment from the regulars at the bar is guaranteed to be even hotter! 😆
