We thought it was time to officially introduce you to our coffee lineup ✨

The creative process behind launching our own roasted coffee has been such a fun journey, and we’re so grateful to everyone who has tasted, shared feedback, and supported this new venture with us 🤍

First up: our Colombian.
So far, this one seems to be the crowd favorite—and we get it.

A beautifully balanced medium roast with bright citrus notes, subtle berry sweetness, a light nutty finish, and the kind of silky body that makes every cup incredibly easy to love.

We’re soaking up these last few days with this crew 🤍

One of the bittersweet parts of being a coffee shop in a college town is getting to be part of such an exciting, transitional season of life for so many of our team members… but that never makes the goodbyes any easier.

While a few of our crew will be sticking around for the summer, we’ll be saying goodbye in June to Siera, Hali, and Brayden as they head into their next chapters ✨

If you see them on your next visit, make sure to wish them well (and maybe ask what’s next, we know they’d love to share). We’re so proud of them and so thankful for the time they’ve spent being part of The Sippery family ☕🤍

We're out here at The Original Independence Farmers Market and there are a whole bunch of vendors today. We're right next to The Sippery, and we've got coffee mugs! Strawberries are here this week, there are tons of plants, crafts, flowers, baked goods, mushrooms, and lots more. We have lots of cuts of USDA-inspected frozen lamb, and beautiful sheepskin rugs, so come swing by and say hi!
