We have some bittersweet new to share, Ella has accepted a 1 on 1 instructional assistant job at an elementary school and will be working her last shifts this week 🥹😍. Ella is such a special one for me (Shannin). We hired Ella in 2021 during COVID, she was a WOU student and daily customer who always felt like sunshine and so when we found ourselves needing to hire pretty quickly, I remember asking her if she might be interested in dropping off a resume and the rest is history. Somewhere in there she headed off to Arizona, and took a sabbatical, but when she came back we were lucky enough to take her back in.

Ella is the ultimate hype girl, she is an incredible listener, an encourager, and someone who makes a positive impact wherever she goes. Ella we have loved getting to watch you literally grow up at Bugles. You have such a natural way of making new employees feel comfortable. You connect with customers in such a special way; people always ask about you if you are gone for too long 💕. To say we are going to miss you is an understatement, you are truly a one-of-a-kind human being and we are so grateful to have had you for so long. We are so proud of you as you begin this new chapter, and you are going to make such a positive impact in that student’s life. So thank you Ella, for all that you have brought to this Bugles Family, both inside and outside the window. We will miss you! If you want to see Ella before she leaves her last shifts will be:
