Hey cool cats! This weekend, we wont have the truck out as we prepare for our very first wedding catering order! If you didn't know, we also cater to the masses so tell all your friends and family and message us directly for any catering inquiry. I'll work with you to create the menu YOU want. The truck will be back up and running next weekend so keep an eye out! Also keep an eye out for the launch of our google page and our very own website over the next couple of days! Hey cool cats! Dont forget we're at Clementines Tavern MKE today from 5PM-MIDNIGHT! As an added bonus to you, we'll be serving directly out of the kitchen today so you dont have to get wet standing out in the rain at the truck! Hey Cool Cats! Reminder that we're open at 5pm today at Red Maple MKE and will be there until midnight! We will also be out there from 5pm-Midnight on saturday as well! Just a quick update to the menu, the substitution of the jackfruit would make the walking tacos vegetarian but not vegan due to the addition of the fire roasted kimchi and gochujang crema. We also parked directly in front of the bar to mitigate the amount of time you spend outside in this awful weather so make sure to get on down for some tasty drinks, some delicious food and some incredible vibes! Hey cool cats! We've got a shorter menu this week due to the ridiculous heat but you know what they say, big things come in small packages! I made sure to litter the menu with some of your past favorites as well as a BRAND NEW MENU ITEM! LETS GOOOOOOO! We'll be out at Red Maple MKE on FRIDAY AND SATURDAY FROM 5PM-MIDNIGHT or until I sell out. So make sure to get on down for some tasty food. Pop into the maple for a delicious drink and enjoy how incredible the vibes can be on this side of town! The entire kitchen smells like this pork belly🤤🤤🤤🤤. I am so freaking excited for you cool cats. Remember service starts outside of Red Maple MKE at 5PM today and goes UNTIL MIDNIGHT or until we sell out and then we will see you on SUNDAY from 2PM-10PM. So come on down for some of the best pork belly ever, some incredible skewers, or some of the best vegan curry you've had (because vegan food can taste just as good as food with meat in it.) have a wonderful conversation with yours truely and dont forget to stop in at the maple for a cold one on this beautiful summer say. BIG NEWS UPDATE!!!! I'm so excited to be partnering with Milwaukee's very own semi-pro hockey league, the Milwaukee Timberwolves, to help provide food to the masses! This whole venture has always had "feeding the community" at its very core and this will allow me to continue to grow that mission and bring as much love to all of you as humanly possible.
