It’s this cool dude’s birthday today, Jarred! Jarred: master of aqua radio, lover of sonic the hedge hog, singer, song writer, keyboardist, ghost hunter, and the list of amazingness goes on and on. We have known Jarred from way back in the basement show days; they joined the team a year ago and we are so grateful he’s here with us. Jarred works hard as a line cook, but it’s the energy, quirkiness, kindness, and wit that he brings with him everyday that we love most, and that is not coming from the crystals in his pocket. When they’re not working you’ll find them embroidering, writing music, camping, or grabbing coffee at Yellow Fuel. Literally a Milwaukee legend. Maker of nothing, creater of all, Jarred Nonnemacher. 💜

☀️What is your favorite thing to do in Milwaukee on your day off?
If it’s nice out I like to walk around by the river.
🍅What is your favorite thing about working at Heirloom?
I like sneaking out of the kitchen with my EMF reader and see if they go off in the basement.
🔪What is your favorite tv show and/or movie?
Lord of the Rings extended trilogy. I want to be a hobbit.
🎸Who is your favorite band or musician?
The Ramones! 1, 2, 3, 4!
🐱Do you have any pets?
I have a 20 year old kitty named annihilator, you probably met him at a punk show in 2012.
🍔What is your favorite item on the Heirloom menu?
The bahn mi, unless we are running a salmon special.
🍹Favorite Heirloom cocktail (A or NA)
Definitely a hamms tallboy.
🐞What’s something you did as a kid that you now think is weird?
I would make blue jolt floats. (Blue moon ice cream in blue Jolt)
