Mother’s Day hours 8am-3pm (no reservations unfortunately) Specials include “Salmon” Benedict Platter (*V, *GF) Smoked Carrot Lox over sauteed spinach, onion, & tomato and choice of tofu or over easy eggs on top of a toasted English muffin (or sub hash browns for GF) finished with hollandaise, fresh dill, & capers served with a side of roasted asparagus & lemon wedge.

Holiday (and beyond) Specials: Ham & Cheese Crepe Platter - House-made seitan “ham,” with hash browns, vegan pepper jack cheese & red onion, folded inside a delicate crepe, topped with strawberry-dijon glaze and a scallion & red onion blend. Cronch Wrap Extreme is back! Two cronchy tostadas layered with chickpea chorizo, refried black beans, vegan nacho cheese, lettuce, cashew crema, and pico de gallo, wrapped in a grilled flour tortilla served with side of spanish rice, refried beans and chipotle ranch! Special side is warm sweet potato & black bean salad, and our soup is Lemon Artichoke 😋

This week we’re continuing our scrumptious Seitan Reuben (at least through Monday, 3/16) and adding another special entree, the Teriyaki “Salmon” Grain Bowl (V/GF) for a limited run! Marinated tofu “salmon,” mushrooms and water chestnuts tossed in teriyaki over quinoa/basmati blend and topped with pickled red onions, fresh jalapeños, carrots and avocado 😋. Soup is Potato Corn Chowder (V/GF) and of course we still have the Mighty Mint Smoothie!

Thinly sliced, house-made seitan corned “beef,” Polish sauerkraut, melty vegan smoked gouda, and tangy 1000 island dressing on toasted rye, served with a side of colcannon [kul-can-in] (Irish mashed potatoes with kale and onion). Pair it with a Mighty Mint Smoothie for the full experience!
