Let the record show, I have all my fingers. Some family members (my MOTHER) were nervous about me using a chainsaw. Does she not know I handle sharp blades all day long?? Ok, the LAST of the cooler items before we can turn it off. Who needs pickles, sauerkraut, ketchup, ginger purée, whole grained mustard, steak sauce (we don’t actually use this, it was sent by mistake), sweet pickle relish, a big bucket of feta cheese, Dijon and Parmesan? Oh, and we have some salad dressings. Thousand island, balsamic and raspberry vinaigrettes. Must be picked up by tomorrow. I’ll be here until 3:00 today, and then it’s pickleball time.

Possibly (probably) the last things I’ll be making in this kitchen. Using up raspberries, strawberries and black raspberries from the freezer to make jam. If you’re already on my Christmas list, act surprised in December. 😬 we had a good turnout today for freezer items. We have a bit more for tomorrow. My goal is to have the walk in cooler and freezer shut down by Friday.
