These three spent the morning painting and touching up on our grey features in the kitchen… it looks clean and refreshed, much needed update☺️🔥!

🦺Our next step is getting the kitchen put back together to await the progress done in the front. We can’t wait for everyone to see the full results.

🫣Don’t mind our window and door being blocked off to the front, so that way the construction from the front doesn’t ruin the work the kitchen has done🤎

🎒 First Week of School! 📚💕

We’re so proud of our two granddaughters as they wrap up their first week back at school! 🥰

💗 Violet is officially a Kindergartener! We can hardly believe how fast she’s growing up!

💜 Calli is starting 4th grade and is already making new friends:)

We hope you both had an amazing first week filled with new friends, lots of learning, laughter, and plenty of fun! We’re so proud of you and can’t wait to watch you grow, learn, and make so many wonderful memories this school year. 📚✏️🍎

🧼Behind the Scenes at The Invention

We may be a little quiet on the construction front right now, but we promise we’re not sitting around! 😉 Our team is doing everything we can on our end while we wait for the next steps, they’re still hard at work behind the scenes! 👏

~While the front is taped off from the kitchen… Our kitchen crew is giving everything a deep clean from top to bottom so that when the time comes to reopen our doors, they’ll be ready to get back to doing what we all love — serving all of you! 🍳🥓☕️

🚨 An Unexpected Closure & Remodel Update 🚨

Well… Monday morning definitely did NOT go as planned! 😅

~Our staff arrived expecting a normal opening shift, but instead walked into something we never expected… part of our ceiling had collapsed! 😳 Because of the damage, we’ve had to temporarily close The Invention Restaurant while reconstruction and repairs take place. We know this was unexpected, and we’re just as eager as you are to get back to normal!

~The good news is that we’re working hard to get everything taken care of, and we’re hopefully looking at reopening sometime this coming week! 🤞❤️

We’ll be keeping everyone updated along the way, so make sure you’re watching our page for:

The restaurant is getting a new ceiling and will be closed until it's complete... hoping to reopen Tuesday the 25th.
