The receivables come in and it is always a thrill for me. Our beans are the freshest and nothing sits in storage very long. They really ship to me in burlap sacks.
My first cold coffee batch (2/3 Brewed, two depth charges (separate espresso pulls), and a gnarly liter French Press) Uff Da!

The coffee lab was a later play, but I love how fresh, strong, and not bitter this espresso tastes. The device is a Flair Classic and I love the results.
