First of all thank you for following my page. Copy that are currently in the cabinet. Include Tanzania AA, Columbia, Supremo, Peru, and Java Mocha Espresso. I am continually experimenting with different country of origins different recipes and profiles of roasting coffee. Let me know if you wanna taste some or if you have tried it already please leave a message and how your experience went.

I got some new beans and a pre-owned Flair Espresso Press. It doesn't get any cleaner or basic than this! How do you make coffee?

May I inquire about your roast preferences? I can arrange for the beans to be ordered and roasted according to your requirements. We offer pre-roasting weight options of one, five, and ten pounds (*the darker the roast, the lighter the post-roast weight becomes).

Did you know that over 80% of coffee is commercial grade? The beans I select are the less than 20% of quality selected, country/estate of origin and are roasted AFTER you order them in half pound batches. I am open to suggestions of beans you desire as I am trying different sources and types to assure the best tasting, non- bitter options. Thank you for your support!

We just got fresh beans in.

****I crossed the threshold of 250 roasts last night. Each one has been journaled, so if you want the exact roast as one you bought, I can duplicate that roast nearly exactly!

I roasted some of each in Medium (Billy's) Roast and one of the Peru Full City Roast (Medium/Dark) and they are two of my long time favorites.
I got a couple of samples directly from an importer if you are interested in a crazy fresh Ethiopia coffee.
(all coffee that I mention holds steady at $20/pound plus shipping, regardless of the price of gas or tariffs.) I say this as I got some beans from Peru and they cost me 2x what others cost so I make a point to inform you of any price differences.

I got some amazing beans direct from the importer as samples. One came with the parchment on and had to remove that from the first batch. The second was ready to roast and looks very even. Can't wait to try this Ethiopia Yirgacheffe in two different processes.
