If you had fresh cookies out of the oven, that makes a difference to you. Fresh coffee that’s just been roasted and is sent to you within a couple of days is as good with those fresh cookies. As fresh as it can get, and you might even forget to add cream and sugar.

I like sharing what’s going on in the coffee biz. Last night I got to put together 4 pounds of coffee and 3 pounds of it. We’re going to a local Veteran in Princeton.
Another customer just got the 2nd batch of espresso blend roast. This is her comment “It’s consistent and smoooooth! 2 things I really love! And the third thing? It comes straight to my door!!
I have a feeling coffee beans will be Christmas presents this year!”

Got a few pounds wrapped up tonight. Added a new coffee fan. David and I went to kindergarten together! It really is a small world. One pound out of all this was a dark roast and the Costa Rica is a fantastic medium roast using special instructions for Strictly Hard Beans. Small dense and needs a special roasting curve. If you ever get a batch you LOVE, I journal every batch and match that roast on the bag so it can be repeated! Huzzah!

I would rather run low than roast too much. Fresh is 100% where it is at. You may have e heard we doubled our production. Soon, we will have some really good news to share.
