I've had to order more coffee yet again to finish off the remaining orders. The Peru dark roast may be replaced in some orders by Colombian dark roast as the Peruvian coffee is running low. I do not have it posted on th website yet as it is not on the sheIf. If you're interested in getting any coffee please place your order by Friday. If you specifically want a Colombian dark roast please order Peru and leave a comment in the notes designating Colombian instead of Peru. I believe next week will be my last week of roasting. Sorry if some orders are taking awhile! I'm getting to them I swear 😅

First: I'd like to say thanks to everyone for the overwhelming support and that I'll miss roasting for everyone! I've gotten so many orders in the last week it's making my head spin 😆

Second: you still have a couple weeks to get your last orders in before we close for good.

Third: this is the less fun one. Our prices both wholesale and online will be raising some as I've gotten so many orders in the last week I've had to buy a lot more stock than we anticipated. The reason our coffee prices will be changing is as I'm sure everyone is aware there's a lot of volatility in many markets, agriculture being one. Since I've started purchasing bulk green coffee it has nearly quadrupled in price (some regions more than quadruple) and that wouldn't seem that crazy if I hadn't only been buying bulk for ~4 years.

Our mission was always to provide high end specialty coffee at affordable prices and I believe we've done just that. Sadly, it just isn't possible with the current coffee shortages and the uncertainty going forward.
