Introducing ADRIFT Mare Chef’s Table Series—an intimate dining experience held every other Saturday, limited to 10 guests gather around one table for an evening of exceptional cuisine, curated pairings, and culinary storytelling.

Chapter I: Summer in Spain marks the beginning of our journey, celebrating the flavours and memories that inspired Chef JC to cook.

Spain was the natural place to begin—where the recipes his grandmother shared sparked a lifelong passion for Mediterranean cuisine.

Expect the vibrant flavours of saffron, shellfish, smoked paprika, and Jamón Serrano, thoughtfully paired with curated Spanish wines and a traditional vermut to begin the evening.
