Our last Evening with Chef Rosie was an amazing SOLD-OUT event, so we’re doing it again — and this one comes with a story. ❤️👩‍🍳

On Tuesday, September 15, Chef Rosie is stepping away from the line and back into the spotlight to share two very special dishes:

🍗 Pollo en Nogada — the dish that helped change the course of Chef Rosie’s culinary career.

🌶️ Chile en Nogada — the traditional dish from Puebla, Mexico that inspired it all.

This isn’t just a cooking demo. Rosie will take you through the flavors, techniques, history and story behind the dishes — including how she took a Mexican classic and made it her own.
