35 years ago today I unlocked our door to customers for the 1st time. And what a journey! I remember my 1st customer, she ordered a Rueben sandwich. I told her it was on the house, no charge. It is still our best seller to this day. I wanted to give my Uncle Nick Gallis, mentor, and my father, Bill, a shoutout and many thanks for their support. They showed me what it means to appreciate and live the American dream. Which nowadays is taken for granted by so many. GOD bless America. Also for my wife, thank you for being with me from the beginning of this endeavor . She makes the best Baklava you know! And to all of our valued customers , I offer my appreciation for making me understand what it takes to serve you and your families. From George and Staff at the restaurant .
