🚒 LAKE GOGEBIC FIREMEN’S 35TH ANNUAL PICNIC 🚒
Join us Sunday, August 9th from 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM CDT at the West Shore Fire Station on Highway M64 for an afternoon of great food, community fun, and supporting our local firefighters!
Enjoy grilled chicken dinners served from 12–3 PM, cold refreshments, raffles, door prizes, a silent auction, pie auction, and more throughout the day. This long-standing Lake Gogebic tradition is a great chance to gather with friends, family, neighbors, and visitors while helping support the department and the community they serve year-round.

It’s opener day today and we couldn’t be more excited! We want to wish everyone the best of luck out on the water, and we’re looking forward to seeing you all! 🎣 Also, we have a stamp ready for you if you are participating in Dutch's Bar poker run!

We’ll be offering TWO Happy Hours today:
• 12 PM – 2 PM CST
• 5 PM – 7 PM CST

Enjoy specials on appetizers and select drinks! 🍻
We’ve got a fish cleaning station ready to go and brand new docks, so stop in throughout the day for happy hour, dinner, and all the opener fun!

Yesterday we had our very first boat at the dock, and this morning we welcomed our first fishers off the docks — so exciting to have everything finished just in time for opener day! ♡
