Paperwork and up grades is what’s currently going on for the Hungry Traveler. New paint and floors are the main focus. Out with the carpet and in with laminate. Working on a full menu with numerous specials that will make sure we have something on the menu for all ages.

We have great news for the expansion of our food truck. We purchased Earla’s restaurant in Marenisco. We have a lot of work that will be done prior to the opening in the spring of 2026. New flooring, new lights and new paint is just a few things that will be done prior to opening. The food truck will also be available for catering and events. We would also like to congratulate Chris on her retirement and wish her the best. See you in the spring

We will be open Monday from 9-3. Breakfast sandwiches, breakfast burritos, breakfast egg rolls and our raspberry egg rolls. Lunch we will have New York strip street tacos, pulled pork, smoked brisket, smash burgers and the sides we will have cowboy beans, fries, slaw and our great Mac and cheese.
