It has come to our attention that some believe we are making our gluten free bagels in house - so I wanted to take a minute to highlight our vendors at Outside the Breadbox, who provide us with a gluten free alternative to our house made bagels.
We are not a certified gluten free kitchen, although we love having this option for those with non-serious gluten sensitivities to try our entire menu (like this Turkey Pesto sandwich on a gf onion bagel). These bagels are vegan and made with certified gluten free oat flour.
That being said, it is IMPORTANT to know that if you have a serious allergy or celiac, we feel it is not in your best interest to consume any bagels here, gf or not, as we make bread here all day long. Flour is here, there, everywhere & in the air! We do our best, but the chance for cross contamination with flour is probable in our small kitchen. Tell your friends!
