Good Morning,
Let's jump right into the updates for upcoming Baker County Pay It Forward Event.

When: Tuesday October 20th at 6:30pm
Where: The Coop

Just going to list and recognize all the people who have come on board this week to join us in this pay It Forward Event. The Darbyville, Calendars Pizzeria, Front Porch Cafe & Creamery, The Bakery Barn, Seven Acre Farm, Sixth Street Steakhouse, Taste of Dixie Diner, and new ones since our last update Ms. Mary's Cakes, Better Exterior Pressure Washing, Sunny Side Up Rentals, Luxe Health & Wellness, Reimer Coffee Co., Samoa King Pot BBQ, Root & Rill Country Store, The Mane House Salon, Art Doring - Real Estate Broker, Thrift Lumber & Old Mill Farms.

We can confirm that so far there will be over $3,000 worth of gift cards/vouchers handed out plus food at the Coop that night.

Let's continue to grow this amazing Pay It Forward Event if you or know any other businesses or community leaders that would like to join in on paying it forward that night tag them, have them DM us, or can reach us by email at [email protected]

Reimer Coffee Company is looking for a part- time experienced barista to join our team!

We're a specialty coffee shop that takes the craft seriously — from dialing in espresso and properly steaming milk to consistency, presentation, and creating a great experience for every customer.

We're looking for someone who:
• Has previous professional barista experience
• Has specialty coffee experience or a strong understanding of espresso
• Is comfortable dialing in espresso and making adjustments
• Can properly steam and texture milk
• Understands coffee fundamentals, recipes, ratios, and consistency
• Can maintain quality during a busy rush
• Keeps their station clean, organized, and stocked
• Takes pride in their work and pays attention to details
• Is dependable, punctual, hardworking, and team-oriented
• Is comfortable receiving feedback and continuing to learn
• Genuinely enjoys coffee and connecting with customers

We don't expect you to know everything — but we do expect you to care about the craft, take ownership of your work, and want to keep getting better.

We're a small, family-owned coffee company, and every team member plays a big part in the experience we create.

Previous professional barista experience is REQUIRED.
