Do Bakers struggle? The answer is yes, even some of the best bakers still struggle with certain things. My struggle is Ruffles. Getting the perfect ruffle. Every single time has been a struggle of mine so I got to do a cake that had ruffles. Let me just tell you there were a lot of tears from this Cake. But after taking off the ruffles and putting them back on and taking them off and putting them back on, I think it turned out pretty dang good!
