Holy smokes friends Brûlée is 4!! 🥲🥳 They aren’t kidding when they say time flies when you’re having fun. Can’t believe that this little blip of a dream came to light during the crazy Covid times. To have it on paper and then see it all come to light is just amazing. To have built something so special for us and grow such an incredible community of local partnerships is just pure joy. Thank you to all of you for trusting us with a positive attitude towards those built partnerships. Thank you to our staff members past and present who helped get Brûlée where it is today. Our staff friends are just the best people and team. In awe with them everyday and all that they do and create and make Brûlée possible. We love being a part of your Saturday mornings and mid week coffee or pastry runs. We love the Tech Terrence neighborhood for welcoming us. Thank you to each and everyone person who has crossed our doors,liked a post made a special order shared a post followed our socials…..gahhhh just thank you from the bottom of our little baker hearts. Who’s ready for all the Fall Vibes! 🍁🍂 Our Fall menu drops the week after Labor Day weekend! We have some newbs coming your way and some classics and highly requested returns. 🤗 We will be saying goodbye to some items till the new year to make room for the Fall menu items. Items going away will be as follows Churro Morning Bun - Vanilla Bean Scone -Strawberry Pop Tart - Blueberry Muffin - Cinnamon Coffee Cake - Raspberry Danish - Apple Turnover - Strawberry Shortcake - Hatch Chile Quiche. We will be replacing these items with all the fall items but don’t worry they will return after the holiday season. 🤗 Our pies will be available for our Thanksgiving menu which will drop soon! We are ready and manifesting some cold weather! Stay tuned for our coffee bar Fall menu 🍂🍁🍂🍁 Here till 3p get your hands on the items leaving the menu soon before it’s too late!

Alright Friends!! Oktoberfest is right around the corner. We will be opening preorders this year for our Salted Pretzels, Bierocks and Kolaches. In the years past we’ve had them available in house but sold out quicker than some of you can get your hands on them. So this year it will be preorders and your guaranteed goodies for Oktoberfest celebrations or just some good eats. 🤭🤗 Call us or stop in to get those orders placed before all the slots are taken!
