Hey FORKers,
We wanted to respond to a recent review because it brings up something important—not just for us, but for the gluten-free community.
First, we agree. Gluten-free isn’t enough.
People shouldn’t have to settle for food simply because it’s safe. They deserve food that is safe AND delicious. That’s what we’re working toward every single day.
We also understand the frustration with finding us. The signage is a real issue. We don’t currently have proper signage because, quite honestly, we haven’t had the funding for it. Every dollar has gone into building and operating our dedicated gluten-free kitchen. We know it makes finding us harder, and we’re working on it.
We opened our new home on April 1, 2026, knowing we had a lot of work ahead of us. We’re a small family-run business, building something we believe should exist: a place where people with celiac disease and gluten-free needs can walk in and simply eat.
No second-guessing.
No explaining.
No worrying about cross-contact.
But we also know that safety is only the starting point.
We want you to come because the food is amazing—not simply because it’s gluten-free.
So thank you for the honest criticism. We may not get everything right, but we’re committed to listening, learning, and getting better.
We’re listening.
We’re learning.
We’re still building.
And we’re going to keep putting our FORK!N hearts into it.
