Some of the best discoveries happen when you wander off the beaten path. 🌺
While visiting Kailua in Oahu, we stumbled into Tradition Coffee Roasters — a hidden gem tucked away in a warehouse you'd almost never find unless you were truly exploring. My 12-year-old daughter started chatting with a friendly guy named Brian…who turned out to be the owner. 😄
We talked coffee, craft, and community for what felt like hours. Brian's passion for his roasts, running wholesale alongside his shop, and doing things the RIGHT way — no shortcuts, just great quality, — stopped us in our tracks.
At Eggroll Cafe, we've always believed in doing things with these same values, great quality, friendly service — meeting Brian reminded me exactly why that matters. 🧡
We brought back several bags to share with our Eggroll Cafe family and we can't wait to tell you more.

Have an eggs-cellent day! We stay true to our food - we make our eggroll fillings in small batches. We use the freshest ingredients, and roll every eggroll by hand. We fry the eggrolls only once they’re ordered so they come out hot, fresh and crispy!

Eggroll Cafe will be CLOSED on Friday, July 4th so our team can celebrate the holiday with their friends and family too! If you're planning on heading to a backyard BBQ, a family picnic, or watching fireworks, our eggroll platters can be picked up on Friday, and easily reheated in an air fryer for crispiness! 🥢
And don't worry — you can still get your eggroll fix this July 4th weekend! 🚚
