The world is arriving in Downtown Santa Monica, and our Ambassador Team is ready to welcome every visitor.

As FIFA World Cup excitement takes over the Third Street Promenade, the district has come alive with watch parties and fans from around the globe. Throughout the festivities, our Ambassadors have been on the ground providing directions, answering questions, assisting visitors, and helping create a safe, clean, and welcoming environment. The team took a moment to capture the excitement with a photo in front of the giant soccer ball on the Promenade.

Happy Anniversary!

We're celebrating 20 years since the Downtown Cleveland Ambassadors Program first launched. The milestone was marked with cake and a special message from Division Vice President Carin Cardone.

It was also an opportunity to honor two Ambassadors who have been with the program since it's inception. Ms. Juanita Williams and Mr. Kenneth Brooks were presented proclamations from the Cleveland Mayor's Office, the Cuyahoga County Executive, as well as members of Cleveland City council, Cuyahoga County council and Ohio Senators, Jon Husted.

Congratulations Downtown Cleveland Ambassadors for your outstanding commitment to making the community cleaner, safer, and welcoming for all. Here's to another 20 years!
