Just remembering another crazy time. We did this customer booklet for our customers outlining our Covid precautions, etc in the format of a Berlitz travel guide when we were allowed to partially reopen. This Berlitz character was before computers and iPhones when people got books to learn foreign language phrases for when they went to other countries. James became the character who guided our diners through the new world.
Even in crazy times there is joy to be had. 😁❤️

You can’t make it out in this picture, but we were doing Dijon chicken (it came out really good 😁) which we used to eat - sitting in a booth with those cement tables and dip those thin French fries into the sauce. Loved that! ❤️ We are reliving so many memories through our meals. This morning it was fried eggs ranchero with refried beans and cantina salsa like we had at the Rosarita Beach hotel in the 70’s and 80’s. Every day we meet someone who has a story about eating or meeting someone . Great memories 💋💋💋
