FILIPINO AMERICAN HISTORY MONTH 🇵🇭

All October, we’re running two specials inspired by traditional Filipino flavors, cooked up by Nico de Leon.

Our Filipino Spaghetti Burger is our take on sweet Filipino-style spaghetti. A burger piled with sweet spaghetti sauce, grilled hot dog, and cheddar cheese.

And for dessert, Halo-Halo. The Filipino classic. A mix of jellies, vanilla ice cream, pandan syrup, topped with Chef Nico’s Pinipig Granola.

Starting today and running all month, we’ve got our late to the show, BOTM & SOTM specials at The Oinkster.

The Chinese Chicken Cluckster: Our fried Cluckster chicken patty with sriracha mayo and Napa cabbage slaw dressed with our homemade soy sesame dressing.

And for dessert, the Apple Pie Shake: Vanilla ice cream blended with our house-made apple pie applesauce, then topped with whipped cream and cinnamon.
