This month, we had the pleasure of collaborating on the Women in Toys Wonder Women Awards at Paramount Studios, celebrating the women whose imagination, ingenuity, and leadership have shaped the world of toys and entertainment. As a women-owned company, the evening held particular meaning for our team, offering a chance to celebrate women who turned bold ideas into cultural touchstones while bringing our own creativity to the table.

The star of the show at pebblebeachconcours car week. Our Executive Pastry Chef lydia maracine was inspired by the simple elegance of English tea & biscuits and this dessert transforms that familiar pairing into something a little more unexpected.

Lydia steeped tea biscuits in milk, using the infused milk as the foundation for a delicate mousse. The center is a black tea caramel to combine the classic pairng into the dessert. It’s finished with a glaze inspired by the warm, golden hue of a tea biscuit and delicate dried cornflowers.
