Grocery stores can be intimidating, especially when you’re preparing for a big event!!

But for a Chef, grocery shopping is just part of the job. After years of shopping for ingredients, I’ve pretty much mastered the art of getting in getting exactly what I need and getting out. I have a list organized by sections and having a system makes all the difference.

This is one of the perks of hiring a private chef. You’ve got a personal grocery shopper too🎉

For this event, “the night before💍”, I focused on easy-to-eat bites that allowed everyone to mingle freely.

I had two incredible servers passing appetizers while floating from the upstairs to the downstairs of this beautiful home, all with a gorgeous ocean view. ✨🌊
