Pasta Sisters

Pasta Sisters Pasta Sisters is where Los Angeles goes for fresh pasta that tastes like it came from a family kitchen in Italy. Dough rolled every morning starting at 5am.

Imported Italian flour. Sauces simmered the way they have been for 100 years. The menu stays focused because the point is repetition and refinement: bolognese, porcini cream, cacio e pepe, lasagna, and tiramisu that guests drive across the city for. Counter service, family run, and built for real life and special occasions. Whether you are grabbing lunch on a break, feeding the kids after school, or bringing visiting family to prove LA has real Italian, this is the place. Pasta made fresh. Flavor earned over generations.
